Challenge

Park Place Residences presented a rare opportunity to market an exclusive collection of just five luxury apartments and one penthouse in the heart of St James’s, one of London’s most prestigious and historically significant neighbourhoods. The challenge was to create a distinctive brand identity and marketing campaign that reflected the development’s boutique scale, exceptional location and refined character. Central to the brief was the need to celebrate the rich heritage of St James’s while appealing to an affluent international audience. The identity needed to feel contemporary yet timeless, capturing the prestige, architecture and understated elegance synonymous with this unique London address.

Solution

I created a bespoke identity inspired by both the unique character of St James’s and the architecture of the development itself. Central to the identity was a distinctive marque formed around the letter ‘P’ with a pelican silhouette revealed within the negative space of the inner counter. The symbol referenced both Park Place and the iconic pelicans of nearby St James’s Park. Its flowing organic lines echoed the rippling façade of the proposed building.

The identity was brought to life through a sophisticated black and gold palette, premium printed materials and a carefully crafted marketing campaign designed to appeal to an affluent international audience. The resulting brand captured the exclusivity, heritage and boutique nature of the development, helping position Park Place Residences as one of the most desirable residential addresses in St James’s.
